AIESEC India recruits twice a year in the months of March and July- August. This year the organization would see one of the biggest recruitment drives of its kind, covering more than 150 educational institutions and colleges in 15 cities of the country, reaching out to more than 1,50,000 students and recent graduates. With an online recruitment center, the applicants can register and receive direct information on confirmation of their applications and the selection procedure with its timelines.

Recruited AIESEC members would get an opportunity to take part in various projects and initiatives of their local chapters, facilitate the global internship program across 105 countries with some of the leading organizations globally in the corporate, development and the education sector, leading teams consisting of talented individuals from varied backgrounds, manage and develop AIESEC India's finan-

ce, communications, external relations, talent management, information systems and brand strategies. In addition to this our membership is also provided a platform to be a part of national and global forums and go for global internships of their choice in the network of 105 countries that AIESEC is currently present in. The National Leadership Development Seminar takes place in the month of September every year and is attended by more than 300 youth volunteers from 15 cities of the country, our national partners and alumni. The International Congress taking place in Brazil this year would see more than 700 youth representatives from 105 countries, 50 leading global organizations and our alumni.
