AIESEC INDIA LEARNING NETWORKS
Learning Networks are globally unique learning platforms where thousands of young people, leading organizations & AIESEC alumni learn and connect around specific themes. AIESEC has a long history of developing positive leadership in young people around the world and many AIESEC alumni have become leaders in major corporate and non-corporate organizations. |
Learning Networks are taking what AIESEC has excelled in over the past decades into a new level. Through complete personal development experiences focused on a specific theme, young talents leave AIESEC with more specialized knowledge and with a unique network of people and organizations who have participated in a Learning Network. |

Children Initiative Group - The Footprints Initiative Group provides a platform for youth from across the world to be able to connect to schools, non profit organizations, corporations, philanthropic foundations and others interested in and working on children's issues. The initiative group helps develop a holistic understanding of the issue amongst stakeholders and provides avenues for partnership, information sharing and learning to activate effective interventions across different layers of society. |

Corporate Social Responsibility Learning Network - Times are changing and so are the public's expectations of corporations in society. More and more, both domestic and global consumers want assurance that the firm they purchase from is a good corporate citizen. Stakeholders such as investors, regulators, employees, municipalities and non-governmental organizations are also looking beyond a company's economic performance to see if it conducts its business in an ethical and socially responsible manner, and whether it is moving toward sustainable business practices.

Entrepreneurship Learning Network - Entrepreneurship forms a vital part of the AIESEC culture. Some of the most important entrepreneurial characteristics such as innovation, problem solving, change management, ability to take risks, etc are inherent in AIESECers, and are displayed consistently through the activities we carry out. As an issue, Entrepreneurship is extremely relevant to the global economy, more specifically to developing countries such as India in the Asia Pacific region whose growth depends on the quality of its entrepreneurs. |
GENESIS - HIV/AIDS Learning Network - AIDS is exceptional and the response to AIDS must be equally exceptional. Although the Declaration of Commitment on HIV/AIDS adopted at an historic special session of the UN General Assembly in 2001, leaders from 189 Member States, aimed for 90% of young people to be knowledgeable about HIV by 2005, surveys indicate that fewer than 50% of young people achieved comprehensive knowledge levels. |
Technology Initiative Group - The technology sector in India has now become one of the biggest and considerable part of our economy. Each year it's growing tremendously. In these times, in AIESEC we see need to create more IT internships. That's why we decided to create Technology Learning Network, which has a vision of creating young leaders in the issue of connecting business and technical processes to increase positive impact in society. |
