Today the issue of Corporate Social Responsibility is at A cross road in India, there are organizations consciously wanting to embrace CSR into their business process and there are organizations that are ignoring their responsibility to sustainable business. AIESEC in India wants to use its network of stakeholders to create an impact around the issue that will address and adapt to what the need of the issue.

Since the inception of AIESEC in 1948, The AIESEC Experience has developed over 1 million students, and provided them with awareness and knowledge to make commitments that can bring about a positive change. The Corporate Social Responsibility Programme aims at making better individuals of students and to create a feeling of social responsibility among the business leaders of tomorrow.

AIESEC and Partners in Change (PiC) with a common vision to create a platform for CSR development have decided to collaborate on many fronts. Given their expertise in CSR and sustainable development issues, PiC assists in strategic planning of the network along with content management (building up the CSR learning modules, moderating Virtual Discussions on CSR etc.)

PiC also helps in organizing physical workshops and learning events around CSR issues and in creating a mentorship structure for AIESEC interns and members and provide necessary guidance. The involvement of PiC in the CSR Learning Network would give the network a lot of strategic and intellectual input which would further enhance the quality of the learning environment.
